
Mint Kitchen Restaurant
A 4,000 sq ft gut renovation of an existing restaurant on University Place. New storefront, taboo oven and stadium seating along with lots of custom millwork. We worked in a building with time constraints and neighbors in close proximity. Building under a very tight timeline requires many look aheads to not miss the deadline. Streamline was the General Contractor for this project.
