Vivvi Daycare Hudson Yards
To build out one of the most high profile storefront locations in the city. This awesome space came stubbed out and wide open ready for construction. We added a massive floor detail which included wall to wall waterproofing and a liquid membrane below the sub floor. This space, located across from the Jacob Javitz center, is the center point of hudson yards development. We added sona spray sound insulation to the entire ceiling and brought in all of Vivvi Day Cares signiture looks and millwork creating one of the best day care’s in the city.
