Lexington Ave Townhouse
A 4,500 sq foot restoration and interior upgrade of a century old townhouse formerly owned by Andy Warhol. With new mechanicals and millwork throughout the 5 floor home, this build out was both challenging and rewarding when the finished product was unveiled. Many of the rooms were restored to their original state but colors changed to modernize them. This has an Eggerman kitchen and the highest grade plumbing fixtures from Waterworks. Streamline was the General Contractor for this project.
