Riverside Drive Apartment

A gut renovation of a large scale pre war apartment overlooking the riverwalk park on the Hudson. This project was a full redesign of the existing space. The relocation of the bathrooms and kitchen were very difficult while moving the waste lines below the cinder filled sleeper boards under the floor. We outfitted a service closet to house the new high tech hvac unit and added many high gloss paint features throughout. This beauty keeps alot of the original traditional taste of the apartment while modernizing every system.
