WARREN ST APT
To remodel this newly constructed penthouse and roof-deck with custom finishes and fixtures throughout. We fabricated a full scale millwork package including kitchen, vanities, and closets. The construction brought the client, architect and designers vision to life. On the roof, a 2000 sq foot deck with pavers, gas fire pit and a kid play area with stunning views of the west side and Hudson.
