West 23rd St. Townhouse

A 2,200 sq ft gut renovation and modernization of a very old townhouse with backyard and mezzanine level. We digged down to make more head space in the basement level, along with modernizing the interior. Challenges: Digging out the back yard and dealing with structural cracks in the buildings facade after demolition. Post hurricane Sandy plumbing and basement work was critical to the new beautiful renovation. Streamline’s role was GC, and we self performed the millwork.
