Streamline USA, LLC is a New York City-based General Contractor and Construction Management Company founded by two partners who have known each other for many years and finally decided to work together as a team. Eric Ortense and Liam Treanor, collectively possess over thirty years of diverse construction experience and this enables them to engage in commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential projects.

This team came together with a vision that each member would bring his own unique talents and problem-solving abilities to bear. By combining a passion for construction and the synergy of a partnership, Streamline has continued to grow stronger while remaining agile and dynamic. Liam Treanor - COO

A highly qualified executive with over 20 years of experience managing high level projects. Liam started as a finish carpenter and now manages his staff of nearly 100 team members. His strengths are in full scale renovations, change of use and out of ground projects.

Eric Ortense - CEO

Eric is a senior sales and marketing leader who excels at communicating the strengths, vision, and value proposition of the organization to others. As the son of a developer, Eric grew up in the trades and transitioned into management. With a life history in Manhattan, he considers NYC to be his backyard.
